Christ Clinic is a place devoted to the medical care of the homeless and under resourced in our community. They have helped meet a variety of medical needs among the uninsured. We are proud to partner with such a wonderful community organization!

Ft. Bend Womens Shelter

This undisclosed location is a partner to Hope Impacts when we are seeing shelter for battered women in our program. They provide a wonderful service to families seeking a safe place to live and learn how to better their life situation.

Holy Covenant UMC

Holy Covenant has supported Hope Impacts outreach events by providing Volunteers for our monthly outreach breakfast. They have also provided hand made hats, scarves,backpacks, sleeping bags and blankets/mats to the homeless and under resourced. We appreciate their partnership!

HPD Homeless Outreach Team

The Homeless Outreach Team is a wonderful partner to assist us in getting our street friends placed in  appropriate facilities for the care that they need. Partnering with this great team has allowed us to help 31 people get off the streets in 2.5 years! We could not do what we do in the community without their support and assistance. We are very blessed to have Jaime Giraldo the founding police officer of this nationally recognized organization on our Board of Directors!

HCSD Homeless Outreach Team

The Harris County Homeless Outreach team was developed to assist homeless clients in the Harris County area. They provide the same services as HPD Homeless Outreach Team does. We are so blessed to have 2 divisions of caring law enforcement officers to help us meet the needs of the homeless population in Katy and beyond.

Katy Christian Ministries

KCM gives out travelers packs, coats, clothes, etc. to homeless. They also have a food pantry , resale shops, and abuse hotline services. They have a variety of services that help the homeless and under resourced in our community. We are proud to partner with this great organization.

Katy Rotary Club

The Katy Rotary is know for its contribution to the community. They donated a large amount of meat to Hope Impacts for our outreach breakfast. We look forward to partnering with the Katy Rotary more in the future to meet the needs of the under resourced in our community.

We are proud to partner with KISD homeless liaison in meeting the needs of the families in Katy that are seeking the best education possible for their children. We have provided funds, shoes, clothes, supplies, and prayers for needy families in our schools.

Kingdom Vision

Kingdom Vision is a ministry of prayer and healing for anyone who is in need. They serve as prayer partners at Hope Impacts breakfast outreach once a month as well as go and minister to the Day laborers in Katy once a month. We believe in the power of prayer!

Kingsland Baptist Church hosted our monthly outreach breakfast for several months. They have also donated items and finances to our ministry as well as partnered to meet the needs of KISD families. We are honored to serve our community with this great church.

Manna House

Manna House is a drug and alcohol residential recovery facility in Brookshire.
Mosaic House of Prayer works with Manna House to distribute food every Tuesday from noon- 2p.m.
The Chuck Wagon Good pantry offers food and prayer at this time.

NACE has collected several hygiene items for Hope Impacts hygiene packets. They have also asked us to come and speak at their community outreach gatherings. We appreciate business partners that seek ways to engage in the community.

Neighborhood Kidz Club

This outreach ministry meets at 2 local mobile home parks and provides several avenues of help for the families there. They have also donated items to Hope Impacts and given us support and encouragement. We love partnering with organizations that are meeting the needs of the under resourced in our community!

New Hope Presbyterian Church

New Hope Presbyterian Church is our host church for our outreach breakfast events in 2016! They have also collected and donated several items including hygiene packets, backpacks, books, blankets, sleeping bags etc to our outreach ministry. We greatly appreciate their support for what we are doing to meet needs in our community!

Parkway Fellowship Church

Parkway Fellowship has 2 locations. They have had our Executive Director speak at a life group gathering,the womens IF gathering and also have made donations to the outreach ministry. Several families helped make Christmas much brighter for needy families in our community. We look forward to partnering with them more in the near future!


Pruning Hooks Ministry
This is a womens ministry that meets out of Grace Fellowship UMC. They are everyday ordinary women called to be extraordinary in serving Christ in the community. They have been wonderful partners of Hope Impacts and donated laundry detergent and quarters, a Kids Corner fun tub filled with goodies for our outreach events, collected Bibles for our clients and served at our monthly breakfast. We love serving alongside such passionate people!

Reclaiming Dominion
This is a new sober living house in the Katy area.We have partnered with them in meeting the needs of some of their clients as well as being a support for one another. We are excited about the work they are doing to help change lives forever!

Redeemer Community Church

Redeemer Community Church has a heart for unifying the community to share the gospel and meet needs. They have hosted events to bring awareness and support in Katy.For Christmas they hosted a wonderful Christmas party for Hope Impacts clients and staff. Riverbend Baptist Church donated several hygiene packets to our outreach ministry. The youth had a heart for the homeless and we look forward to serving with them again in the future.

St Bartholomew Catholic Church

St. Bartholomew has food M, T, Th from 6-7:30 p.m. Persons must have referral from KCM or Catholic Charities to participate. Services KatyISD areas only. We have sent people to ST. Vincent De Paul as well as received referrals from them. We are proud to partner with such a great outreach ministry in our community.

St. Peters UMC

We have been the proud recipient of St. Peters Church without walls. They have put together several hundred hygiene packets for our outreach ministry. We look forward to partnering together with them more in the future.

Strong Single Moms Ministry

This ministry to reach out to single moms meets in a variety of locations. They support one parent families as well as provide needed items, love, caring, support and encouragement. They also have bible study classes and fun community events.

The Katy Church
We are pleased to be partnering with the Katy Church in lifting up other non profits, churches and organizations in prayer and supporting our unified efforts in meeting all the needs in our Katy community. We are stronger together in Christ!

The Waters Church

The Waters Church is a great partner to Hope Impacts. They host our “Showers of Love” outreach with Supper and Showers for our street friends every Tuesday night from 6-8 p.m. We are looking for groups to help furnish Supper for this event. They have a food pantry, and counseling services that have helped many of our clients. We are partnering with the youth for an outreach breakfast event and a special project.

Touch of Love Ministries

Lillie Price has opened her heart and home to single moms and their children. The goal is to help educate the moms about how to create a better life for themselves and their families. This ministry is located in Brookshire Tx.

The 25 Group

The 25 Group is on mission to make less least of these. That simply means that if everyone gave at least 25$ a month to fund projects that directly impacted lives to help meet tangible needs then we could all participate in Kingdom work and change the world for the better. It is based on Matthew 25 where Jesus commands us to feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, clothe the naked, visit the imprisoned..We can help make a Kingdom impact with minimal investment of finances. Our Executive Director is supported by this investment group as a FT paid staff member. She also is PT as The Director of  Local Development and Partnerships for the 25 group.
Delivers a sack meal to the homeless every Thursday evening from 5-6:30 p.m
Each sack has a Bible verse on it and the Director, Vance , prays over each person.

Unveiling the Darkness

This ministry reaches out to those caught in human trafficking. Even Katy has been affected by this issue. We must build relationships with these people to help them get out of the lifestyle they have found themselves in. Contact us for more information.

United Way Resource and Recovery
Marcela Clay

The Resourced and Recovery center helps veterans get jobs, housing, and help. They have donated items to our monthly outreach breakfast and also partnered with us in resources for our homeless veterans. We appreciate all they do for our community and our veterans.
